LONDON -- The total compensation for Paul Otellini, CEO ofIntel Corp (Santa Clara, Calif), was $17,491,900 in 2011, up 11.75% from theequivalent figure of $15,652,500 in 2010, according to a filing with theSecurities and Exchange Commission.
Otellini's basic salary increased 10% to $1.1 million in2011. On top of that he received $7.3 million in stock, $1.8 million in stockoptions and $6.4 million in a non-equity incentive plan.
The compensation of other company officers is also listed inthe SEC filing. Andy Bryant, vice chairman of the board of directors of Intel,was awarded $7,246,300 in 2011, a decrease from the $8,451,100 he was paid in2010. Bryant's basic salary went up 46% to $720,000 but he received less stockand a smaller amount of non-equity compensation than in 2010.
Stacy Smith, chief financial officer, was awarded $6,387,600in total in 2011, an annual increase of just more than 20%. Smith's basicsalary was $635,000, up 33%.
David Perlmutter, general manager of the Intel Architecturegroup and Intel's chief product officer, suffered a cut in compensation. He wasawarded a total compensation of $7,082,400, slightly down on his 2010compensation of $7,159,300.
