The joint solution, built on the Android Automotive platform, runs on a single SoC (system-on-chip) and aims to unlock data ownership retention for automotive OEMs.

The solution was developed using Google’s Android Open Source Project (AOSP) to allow OEMs to retain data IP for future monetisation strategies. The Integrated Digital Cockpit runs both the cluster HMI and Android IVI on a single SoC MediaTek Autus I20 (MT2712).
The cluster HMI displays driver notifications through advanced driver-assistance systems, a speedometer, guided navigation manoeuvres and media information. The IVI system provides connected navigation, a media player, phone integration and 360-degree parking assistant camera with image stitching.
