The QPF4219 FEM, available from Mouser Electronics, integrates a 2.4 GHz power amplifier (PA), regulator, single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch, low noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass mode, and voltage power detector into a single device.
The device focuses performance on optimising the PA for a 5V supply voltage by conserving power consumption while maintaining the highest linear output power and exceptional throughput.
The QPF4219 maximizes receive (Rx) sensitivity through a 1.9 dB noise figure performance that is consistent over a variety of conditions. The device also includes integrated die-level filtering for second and third harmonics as well as 5 GHz rejection for dual-band dual-concurrent (DBDC) operation.
