EMSc has opened a dedicated Powerstar office in Australia to develop its presence in the Asia Pacific and boost take-up of its voltage optimisation solution.
The Powerstar voltage optimisation system has a patented design that actively reduces electrical energy consumption and has been proven to save up to 26.1 percent of consumed electricity.
Powerstar has been available in Australia for several years and has been installed across a wide range of industries including government departments, supermarkets and cold storage facilities.
The new office will establish contact and relationships with customers in Australia and identify local manufacturing and installation partners.
The Powerstar system is exported worldwide to countries including Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, Malta and South Africa, and the office in Australia will see the full range of fixed, variable and domestic voltage optimisation solutions introduced to the market.
According to the company, Powerstar can save an average of 12 to 15 percent of electricity consumption. The system is fully designed and manufactured in the UK, and has a 15 year warranty.
